Tour Terms & Conditions

Service Support

  • The Vendor shall provide 24/7 service support.
Vehicle Maintenance & Condition

  • The Vendor shall ensure that all vehicles are maintained in good working condition at all times.

  • Wings Travel Intl shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the vehicles during the service period.
Safety Equipment All vehicles shall be equipped with fire extinguishers, a first-aid box, spare wheel, seat belts, and torch, all in good condition.
Breakdown / Accident Policy

  • In the event of a breakdown or accident, Wings Travel Intl shall provide a replacement vehicle within 6 hours.
Insurance

  • All vehicles shall be comprehensively insured.
Outstation Travel Intimation Hirer shall provide prior intimation to Wings Travel International for outstation travel to enable tracker clearance.
Taxes

  • GST shall be applicable on the above-mentioned rates as per province law.
Driver Allowance – Local City

  • Driver’s local city daily food allowance is included in the quoted daily rate.
Local City Usage (With Fuel)

  • With-fuel rates apply for local city usage and include 100 km and 10 hours per day.

  • If kms & hours exceed from 100 kms & 10 hours then the extra kms & hours shall be charged after negotiation.
Outstation Travel (Without Fuel)

  • Without-fuel rates apply for outstation travel.

  • In such cases, fuel and toll charges shall be billed as per actual.
Outstation Same-Day Travel

  • For outstation same-day travel, a driver food allowance of Rs: 1,000 per day shall be charged.
Driver Duty Hours

  • Driver duty hours shall be 10 hours per day and six days a week (Monday to Saturday).

  • After 10 hours duty, extra hour rate shall be charged after negotiation.
Overnight Outstation Stay

  • In case of an overnight outstation stay, a driver night allowance of Rs: 2,500 to Rs: 3,000 per night shall be applicable.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy

  • If the Hirer cancels on the last moment, shall be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges shall apply or usually non-refundable.
